We have all heard a fair share of
information about DJ’s; but when it comes to actually hiring one

There were a few
raised eyebrows and even more concerns when Teresa Spinelli, took

Teresa has grown
the business from a specialty importer of European grocery products

So, you've met the man of your

girlfriend?"
To your surprise, he doesn't laugh
but instead angrily grabs his phone and says, "Don't snoop through
my phone, it's private." He gets up and reads the [...]

There are three
clubs that stand out to us because of their casual,

Celebrity wedding and engagement
rings are what dreams are made of... While most of us can't
afford these styles of rings, there is a lot of inspiration to be
found in them.
Here are a few favorites of ours, each with a unique cut,
setting, or color; to inspire our Brides:

Miley Cyrus' actor beau Liam
Hensworth proposed with this gorgeous antique Neil Lane ring.
Reportedly costing upwards of $100,000, the 3.5-Carat Cushion Cut
Diamond is set in an 18-Carat gold handcrafted art nouveau band.

At your wedding, people will talk. What
will they say about the music?
These days, every
one's a DJ! And everyone knows someone who knows someone that's a
DJ. And just like friends shouldn't let friends move them, friends
shouldn't let their friends DJ their wedding. It is true what they
say about the entertainment at any event, it is one of the key
components to a great time. It is no secret that the market is
saturated with DJs, so how do you hire the right DJ for your
budget?

There are five
main parts that constitute a bride’s wedding day look – the dress,
the shoes, the undergarments, the hair, and finally the jewelry.
Although most brides think about the first four in great deal, some
tend to overlook the last choice. The problem is though that the
jewelry they wear can make or break your outfit. Too much and it
will overshadow the dress you spent hours searching for, and add up
to a gaudy look. Too little and it may not give your entire
appearance that little extra glitz that it needs. Although

When it comes to weddings, the reception is the
biggest overall expense. It encompasses the location, the
possibility of feeding all your guests, drinks, dancing, and just

A little while ago, couple John and Michelle got married at the

the simple and elegant theme of their wedding: black and white.

Michelle, wearing a gorgeous ruffled piece, walked down the
outdoor isle, scattered with white rose petals, carrying white
roses, while her husband-to-be John, was waiting excitedly.
Michelle was preceded by her six beautiful bridesmaids, who were
all wearing black dresses. Each dress was different - some
strapless, some with one strap, one a halter - and they were all

I, myself, was pretty clueless when it came to
the idea of wedding favours. I really had no idea what was an
appropriate wedding gifts was, or how much it should cost. So,
naturally, I asked my mother. She couldn’t even remember what she
gave for her wedding gift. Needless to say, I was stuck. So I went
to the next most reliable source: Google.

On Google, I found a few great websites on
wedding favours, and possible ideas. They included stem-less wine
glasses, engraved glass, even some cultural ceramic animals.

They do this by encouraging them to do interviews so they can find

Moving Stories then take these interviews and cuts them with the

A love relationship demands great 'maintenance' from both
partners. It is not that effort is required only to improve a
relationship. Effort is necessary even to maintain the relationship
in status quo!
The common understanding is that love changes after the dating
period and affection is on a decline. Why does it happen this way?
The answer is actually very simple. The love and affection seem to
be on a decline because the efforts put in are on a decline. In the
dating phase, both partners go out of their way to keep the other
happy and smiling and the efforts [...]

Eventually we found the one that would work for us. Her price

Shawn and Renée's anniversary was on April 09,
2011, Shawn had planned to take Renée out and he had the evening
all planned as a surprise. At 6pm Shawn pulled up in a limo and met
Renée at the door with 11 red roses. While Renée laughed excitedly
saying, “Oh my God Shawn, you didn’t have to get a limo to pick me
up! I thought you were picking me up in your [...]

Adding an
Heirloom Twist...

Now that you’re
engaged, don’t be surprised if your mom pulls out a dusty box from
storage with her old wedding dress in it to reminisce.
When you’re

Something New, Something Borrowed and Something Blue.” Finding
something new, something borrowed and something blue is the easy
part; but finding something old can be a little trickier.

History of Engagement Rings
Engagement rings have always been a
symbol of a loving bond and even historically, have had a place in
our society. The earliest engagement rings were often created out
of thread or rope. In Roman times, iron rings were used to indicate
the intent to marry and later on, rings were made out of precious
metals.
In the western world, it is a
custom to wear the engagement ring on the left hand ring finger. In
other parts of the world, this varies considerably. In Ukraine, it
is common for the engagement [...]

man of my dreams. Everyone in the cabin was dressed and ready. I
turned to see my father examining me. "Do you really want to go

unexpected and surprising. But even more surprising was an errant
voice in my head that wanted to reply, "Actually, Dad, I've changed

1837-1900). Inspired by this wedding ritual,

Since then, not much has changed. Bridal showers of all sorts today

thing should always be kept in mind when planning a bridal shower:
the theme should suit the bride's personality and style. Recently,

So what's the next new and upcoming
culture craze and fashion trend? Well, it originates from the
saying: Scherben bringen Giack, meaning "shards bring good luck."
This trend has led to the popularization and transformation of a

that any girl can cherish and appreciate (as proven by etsy.com).
Polterbend (derived from the German
verb poltern [which means to make a racket] + noun abend [evening])

One trendy post processing technique is
called Texturing. The key to texturing is picking the right type of
textures, and the right combination to give the photo a special
feel.
Boe Lefebvre, of Pokedog Photography,
utilizes a variety of techniques. For example, he says:
"I might overlay an image of a scuffed

The days of hiring a wedding photographer strictly for formal
portraits are fading fast. Wedding photography has transformed, and
is continuing to transform dramatically. Photographers are taking
more creative approaches to their work, as well as becoming more
competitive in what they have to offer. Clients are also demanding
more and more.

With this
explosion in the industry, there's been a move toward photography
that combines traditional photography with fine art. Digital
photography has given the photographer new artistic mediums in
which to play. [...]

ose Let me start by saying
that I love Christmas music. If I could only take 1 album to a
desert island it would be a fight between an Elvis and a Chipmunk's
Christmas album. That said, nobody who books me for a Party/Wedding
in December wants to hear Christmas Carols all night. My top 10
songs for holiday parties and weddings during the holidays goes
something like this... 1)
At Last,
Etta
James: This is the perfect first dance for a wedding or

The Edmonton Examiner Reviews Glowing
Performance: Despite its
name, The Drowsy Chaperone should keep audiences wide awake and
entertained. "It's actually a musical within a comedy," director
Max Reimer says. "The (character) Man in Chair tells the story of a
20s musical (that) actually materializes before the eyes of the
audience." According to Reimer, The Drowsy Chaperone is about
a showgirl that is getting married but she and the groom are both
getting cold feet. In fear of losing the showgirl in the
entertainment industry, gangsters [...]

several forms and range in its formality with everything from a
casual lunch to a formal seven course meal.

Burned bride “ looking for
some more colour before your day and spent too much time the in the
sun? Skin care experts all agree that tanning needs to be done in
moderation and brides shouldn't tan three days before the wedding

skin is looking more like a tomato than the brown you were looking
for, counteract that [...]

Keeping
kids happy at a wedding isn't always easy, but here are some tips
to help you out. Dress them at the last possible minute. The less
amount of time they spend in their "nice clothes" the happier
they'll be. Make sure they have access to games, videos, snacks and
toys. The smaller the child, the larger the bib. Kids make a mess
when they eat and if you want them to look nice
