You're about to have the biggest day of your life - you're going to marry the one you love! And let's face it, something is bound to go wrong...so don't let it ruin your day. This is more of a job for the Maid of Honour, and the Best Man - yes guys, this will be helpful for you too! You, honorary and best people, should make an emergency bag for you respective parties, and here's what to include:
For the Bridal Party:
- Bobby pins
- Safety pins
- Baby wipes - if you get something on your dress, baby wipes are gentle enough to clean your dress without ruining it.
- Clear nail polish - great for runs in your pantyhose!
- Needle and thread (white, as well as the colours of your bridesmaids dresses)
- Make up - mostly mascara and concealer, the things you know you'll cry off. Lipstick as well!
- Tape
- Liquid Band-Aids - don't want those ugly brown ones in your wedding photos!
- Deodorant
- Tissues
- Hairspray
- A paper bag to breathe in - just in case you're the nervous type
- Advil - stress headaches come, even when you're happy. Trust me.
- Breath mints
For the Groom and his Men
- Deodorant
- Concealer...maybe. Depends on the groom, but it could really be helpful
- An extra tie or bowtie
- Tissue
- Black tape
- Safety pins
- Hair gel
- Liquid Band-Aids
- Breath mints
- Advil
