On October 18, 2012 Bridal Fantasy had the privilege of attending the VIP Launch Party for JACEK Chocolate Coutures' Chocolate Studio & Boutique. The event was catered by the Edmonton Petroleum Club, who have been providing catering and event services to Edmonton businesses for over 60 years. And the wine parings were provided by Baseline Wine & Spirit Co, a locally owned and operated Sherwood Park business since 1988. Dasee Floral Boutique (formerly known as La Piazza Dasee) provided some fabulous floral arrangements that wowed the guests. The opening was well attended by many, including Strathcona County Mayor Linda Osinchuk. Jaqueline Jacek (Owner of JACEK Chocolate Couture) revealed her 2012 Winter Chocolate Collection, to everyone's delight.
