Staying fit can be hard. We all struggle with busy schedules and especially if you are trying to plan your wedding, you need to find time for yourself! Working out can be a way to stay in shape as well as release stress. The tricky part is that not everyone knows what they are doing when it comes to working out. I have found that with a little motivation and the power of a fitness app, a fitness guide and/or even a teatox you’ll be able to stay energized and stress free. And all you need is a little time from your day and a push. Here are the fitness apps, guides, n’ teas to rock your body back in to bridal mode.
Kayla Itsines BBG Guide! – For all my ladies looking to get the perfect bikini body her guides are the way to go. With a complete structure of what you need to do from Monday to Friday AND meal plans, just call this your fitness bible. Kayla has been a personal trainer since 2008 and has educated and supported millions of woman looking to reach their goals. Kayla’s program is an online guide that you are able to print off and take with you to the gym, as well as she also has an App that allows you to do workouts along with her. The results are REAL as long as you don’t take shortcuts and stick to the program. Basically you follow a Monday to Saturday guide that runs you through each day and what you need to do. Some of these things you can tweak so you don’t need to use the gym, but I would suggest even getting a month to month pass at your local recreation center.
Skinny Mint Teatox! –This one I’m a huge fan of myself because it was the one Teatox that worked the best with my body. And it tastes so amazing. I wouldn’t suggest drinking coffee with it though because it does have caffeine in it and it will send you on a heart race if you mix the two. Just one cup of the Morning Boost tea in the morning and the Night Cleanse tea every other night or every night for quicker results is all you need. Seems simple? Because it is! The morning tea’s ingredients are all-natural and contain things like green tea, yerba mate, nettle leaves, dandelion, and guarana fruit. The night time tea consists of ginger root, lemon grass, peppermint, hawthorn berries, orange leaves, senna leaves, licorice root, and psyllium husk. The Teatox comes in a 14 day program, a 28 day program, or they come in their own separate packages if you just want to drink one of the teas. This suppresses your appetite, gives you energy, and helps you lose weight all at the same time. I would only suggest doing a Teatox once every couple months and if you’re getting married do it a month before your wedding!
FitTea! – Is FDA CGMP, Non-GMO, made in USA, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and independently tested Teatox loaded with all natural ingredients. Replace your coffee with this tea and you’ll see real results. I love this one because it really boots your immune system with lots of antioxidants. They also have FitTea sticks that are actually like a juice powder you put in your water bottle if you would rather have it cold on the go. Now my only skepticism is based off of the fact that it is an overly publicized product brand. And all I mean by that is that instead of showing more before and after photos there is a lot of celebrities shown holding it up in a picture but never seeing any actual result from it. With that being said I could be completely biased as I take more appreciation towards products that aren’t heavily advertised. But give it a try and prove me wrong.
Sworkit! – Which stands for “Simply Work It!” An app that contains over 200 types of exercises that you can customize to yourself based on duration of work out, areas you want to focus on, and more. Just plug your headphones in and follow along to your work out and before you know it you’ll be one step closer to that perfect fitting dress that hugs you in all the right places. They offer a seven day free trial period to see if it’s for you and after if you think it suites your needs then you only have to pay $2.99 a month. So it’s super easy and affordable.
