Well, I would like to give you one of the most romantic engagement stories but I won’t be. This is how my unusual engagement happened. My fiancé and I were taking down my satellite dish and I was helping him out, standing and watching of course, and as he was just about to disassemble if from the house he turns to me and says “can you hold this?” So I look up and not realizing what it was, thinking it was a tool or some part of the dish, and as I got it in my hands I realized it was a ring box. Christian then proceeded to get off the ladder, stood in front of me and asked me to marry him. An I was in total shock, I wasn’t expecting it at all, but then again, who would. You certainly don’t expect a proposal while taking down a satellite dish. And with joy and tears, I of course said YES. Leave it to the love of my life to do the most unusual things!!
