HOW TO ENTER
To enter, log on to www.bridalfantasy.com and/or Facebook Sweepstakes on Bridal Fantasy Fan Page, fill in the online registration form and submit it in accordance with the on-screen directions during the sweepstakes period and you will be entered once in the sweepstakes. More than one entry from any person or email address will void all entries from that person or email address. All fields must be filled out to qualify. You must "like" Bridal Fantasy and Sponsor(s) Facebook Page to qualify and count.
ENTRY LIMITATIONS
Only one entry per person. Open only to legal residents of Canada and the United States of America*, 18 years of age or older, who are not employees of the Sponsor(s), its subsidiary or affiliated companies, nor member of their immediate families. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. Use of automated devices not valid for entry. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the reproduced entries accepted. Sponsor(s) not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive entry information by sponsors on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. Sponsor(s) is also not responsible for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the sweepstakes. If for any reason this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other cases beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor(s) which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then Sponsor(s) reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
RESERVATIONS
All form fields must be filled out to qualify. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all laws and regulations. All entries become the sponsor's property and will not be returned. Contact information will not be sold. By entering this sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges. Acceptance of prize constitutes the grant of an unconditional right to use the winner's name, voice and/or likeness for any and all publicity, advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor(s) and their related, affiliated and subsidiary companies are not responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from the acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any prize. All entries become the property of The Bridal Fantasy Group and all participating SPONSOR(S). By entering this contest you are registering in the Bridal Fantasy Registry and have given consent to The Bridal Fantasy Group and all SPONSOR(S) to send you additional marketing information, which you can unsubscribe from at any time, by clicking the UNSUBCRIBE link.
WINNERS
All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner. Winners are required to prove eligibility and will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release. The failure of a potential winner to verify an address (either street or email), or the return of notification as undeliverable, or the failure to return the signed affidavit and release will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner. In the event of any other non-compliance with rules and conditions, the prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. All expenses not specifically included, are the sole responsibility of the winner. For names of winners, log on to www.bridalfantasy.com at the end of the contest!
PROCEDURE
The Winner(s) will be based on a random draw or chosen based on the Contest outlined. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the duration of the contest. For example: You must "Like and Share" to qualify, etc.
PRIZES
One (1) winner(s) will receive the Grand Prize, from a Bridal Fantasy Sweepstakes and Sponsor(s) (Value TBA). Any alterations that may be needed are not included. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable; and no substitutions allowed except at the discretion of the Sponsor, who may substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for all taxes and must pick up prize in person from the prize sponsor. If you cannot pick up the prize in person from the sponsor you are responsible for all shipping, freight and duties associated with the prize. Prize value is based on current retail value and in Canadian Funds.
Please Note: Some additional restrictions will apply that may not be listed i.e. Taxes, Transfers, etc. may not be included. Each Sweepstake will have an expiration date.
